Nice to meet you. We’re so glad you’re here.
At Resilient Recovery, we’re so passionate about guiding others toward meaningful, embodied recovery because we know it works, from personal experience. We also know that continued commitment to our own individual healing allows us to show up with that much more capacity for our community. We are dedicated to creating comforting, supportive spaces for you to reconnect with your body, release stored trauma, and build the most stable foundation possible.
Meet Beth
While growing up in the Midwest, Beth Foley found yoga, the first practice that invited her deeply into her body. This early glimpse into somatic awareness became the foundation of both her personal recovery journey and her life's calling to guide others toward body-based healing.
Drawing from her extensive training in Yoga Therapy (her first love), Mindfulness Meditation, Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Embodied Movement, Beth helps clients reconnect to internal safety, break free from restrictive patterns, and create lives of authentic purpose.
Her ever-evolving personal practice infuses her work with deep empathy and understanding, allowing her to meet each client exactly where they are. If you’re interested in working with Beth individually, you can learn more here.
